no mate...those are tourist traps. the Only real ones are ricotta and chocolate, maybe cream, but all you're showing should have a different name. but ricotta ones are the best. also, in Siracusa, go to franco neri and do the "cannolo terapia". the owner Just passed away a few weeks ago, but its top notch

I’m from Houston and we just don’t have real cannolis widely available so I’d never had one until Instayed on a tiny island in Indonesia. An Italian family was running an Italian restaurant there. I will never forget those cannolis! Those cannolis and Naples style pizzas convinced me to spend a month Italy.
