@chrismitchelljazz: 10 years ago, this woman and her husband Mike were supporting me when I was performing solo with an iPad and a few speakers for maybe 50–75 people. They opened their home to me and let me entertain their guests at backyard parties. They believed in me long before the bigger stages, the crowds and the tour. Now, a decade later, they’re standing front row watching me perform for thousands. This moment meant more to me than they probably know.
