Before op14 you couldn’t pull a hit from a leader pack, but now you can post 14. However my op13 pack was an error pack that had a hit and a leader card

From opening many op packs if the leader card is in the back you will get an alternate art or better. If it’s in the middle it’s mid, no pun intended. That is what I experienced.
