INGREDIENTS * 1 crescent dough sheet * 1/4 cup pizza sauce * 1 cup shredded mozzarella divided * 1/4 cup mini pepperoni * Small handful spinach finely chopped * Optional: Italian seasoning or garlic powder INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Unroll the crescent dough sheet. 3. Spread about 1/4 cup pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. 4. Sprinkle most of the mozzarella over the sauce, reserving a little for the tops. 5. Add the mini pepperoni and finely chopped spinach. 6. Roll the dough tightly into a log. 7. Slice into about 8 pinwheels and place cut-side up on the baking sheet. 8. Sprinkle the reserved cheese over the tops. 9.
