@Medela Hello Medela, I have a Medela Swing Maxi that intermittently shuts off after 10 or 15 minutes, resulting in constant, painful suction because the unit automatically increases its suction intensity on its own. Medela Peru’s technical support tells me that the strong suction causing me pain is due to my moving around or being sensitive, and that the Medela Swing Maxi should be used for a maximum of 15 minutes; they even told me that 15 minutes of using the Medela Swing Maxi is equivalent to a full power pumping session (1 hour). Is this true?
