I don’t know if I can legally say anything that would be appropriate and legal according to this mother‘s actions. I do think she should be held liable for child neglect. I think the man who saved the child Life should have an award, not legal battle. This issue also raises issues throughout America. If something helps happens, are people going to be less likely to help because of something like this.
