@chelseachristensen: I usually stay away from these conversations… but today I found some handmade books from 2014 with notes of then 8 year olds. Words of simple encouragement, wisdom, and love. Mention of Jesus, forgiveness, gratitude, and hope. I understand that there can be situations in any church (or any place for that matter) that cause harm or hurt. Those are not experiences I’m discrediting. But, this message is for the ones who hear and fear the loud voices who state that the Church is not a place to raise your babies… No matter where my kids end up, I’m so grateful they’ve heard messages like this from me and many others in our home 🤍🙏🏻 ✨ #morejesus
