Al-Hujurat 49:13 "People, We created you all from a single man and a single woman, and made you into races and tribes so that you should recognize one another. In God’s eyes, the most honoured of you are the ones most mindful of Him: God is all knowing, all aware". Islam is not about who you marry or the origin, tribe, or nationality of the person you marry. Nowhere in the Holy Qur’an does Allah say that Arabs are better than non-Arabs simply because the Prophet ﷺ was an Arab. In fact, the verse above makes the principle clear: Allah created us as different peoples and tribes so that we may know one another, and the criterion for true superiority is righteousness and piety, not race, ethnicity, or lineage.

“Islam” means submission to the will of almighty the creator. If you happen to be a Muslim it simply means you are submitting yourself to the creator’s command or will. If a Christian also submit himself to the will of the creator through the teachings of Jesus (may Allah be pleased with him) he’s simply practicing Islam. In the holy Quran Allah mentions that some Christians and Jews submits to His will and He will compensate them. This also goes for Muslims. If you a through believer of the holy scriptures sent by God, you will love each other regardless of the religion you practice because both the Quran and bible commands so.
