I swear half the teacher's at my arts school use ai for some odd reason.... Last year, Posters and visual announcements had ai in them, multiple teachers used ai for grading, and 2 of my teachers used Sora AI to generate videos 😔

I feel bad those with an ai addiction (as someone who had an AI addiction but is slowly getting out of it) and I don't mean using ChatGPT to make slop. I mean those who talk to c.ai or ai chatbots due to not being able to have an RP partner or find ai "more satisfying". As much as AI is wrong, it's a comfort to some people. Especially if the AI is impersonating their favorite comfort character. It's hard to get out of considering it becomes a sort of support system for some ppl. To those who are trying to quit their AI addiction, you can do it. I suggest that whenever you get a spark of a new story, you make a blank note in a notes app and write it down, let your mind do the storytelling. Or if you feel the need for comfort, I found that searching for fluff comfort fics really helped me 🥹🥹 and if all hope seems lost, perhaps try talking to someone. Someone you trust and someone who cares
