This is such a real life. In my head I am thinking omg this is crazy mastectomy omg but then you just showed the way to live. Choose the right actions, and it does suck but it is life and tho out of surgery still we gotta fix the clasp and you still show up with smile. Take care of yourself cause if you live you gotta actually live and omg youre beautiful!
