![[📍Alma, Britomart ] After the release of the new Michelin guide I knew I had to get to work. Decided to check out Alma for the first time in Britomart. We ordered the scampi bomba rice 🍤 🍚 ($48), queso fresco empanada 🥧 ($24), courgette 🥒 ($28), and pork pinchitos 🍖 🌮 ($40) Loved the setting and thought the service was fantastic. The standout was absolutely the pork pinchitos - I can 100% say that it is worth the hype. The empanada was a nice balance of sweet and salty, and the courgette was a unique take.
