Nah. I go to the gym and like it because I do what I want/feel like doing in the moment while I’m there. Put structure to it and I will hate it. Don’t make it a chore or a demand. Would I be in better shape if I followed a plan sure, but it’s about my brain first and foremost. The physical aesthetic is second or even third.

I was diagnosed in 2023 at 19 years old...
and I was already addicted to calisthenics although eating is a challenge so I'm strong but small...
The point is this guy is definitely onto something here....
