I’m happy with my belief that once we die that’s it. Once my body has decided it’s done living in a conscious state it will go back to becoming unconscious matter, like the dust on a car or water on another planet and I will have no more worries, this one life was tiring there’s no need to beleive my conscious will go on to heaven or reincarnation and carry more heaviness, I will becomes everything but consciousness after my death
