We always pull the liner off. Before loosening The Nut, we just cut the Torch ring completely. It'll lift right off. And then everything's exposed. I also trimmed through the Torch ring That's underneath The Nut relieves. The pressure comes off way easier. Never had to do it this way.Just a sludge light work many ways to do it just sharing mine
