I have no one to tell so I'll just say it here. I met the person one night outside my hostel while reading a book and he came up to me I swear I thought he was one of those guys that would try to enter my space and ask for my number (yes it had happen) so I was guarded and gave him a stare trying to send him away until he asked about the book I was reading I still didn't trust him but I told him anyways can you believe I was talking to him for more than 30 minutes (my roommate who was watching us told me the time) then he told me about his last read. we talked for about 2 hours about different books we had read even poems. then we had those silent moments of not talking and it felt so comfortable and magical ❤️❤️❤️We made plans and met the next day at night again because of classes and we both exchanged books we've read(which we talked about the previous day) we met again 3 days later he was done with the book he gave me but I wasn't done with his because I had back to back test. He told me he didn't mind and I can keep it till I'm done and he'll keep coming there till I'm done (our meeting point was a shop in my street). By the time I was done with it I didn't see him anymore. Sometimes I feel my pathetic self just imagined it all because of my sad social life but his book that I've kept dearly for months now reminds me that it was a dream. sometimes the memory feels like Wattpad and I sometimes regret not getting his number 😭😭. while sometimes I think it's for the best but I do hope we meet again.
