there's a peace to it and life feels burdened and more valuable and got brothers/ sisters there when the storm hits.. don't get that in civilian life and you see how everyone runs around like chickens with their heads cut off and argue and fight over meaningless bs that shouldn't be issues.

It becomes normal, a constant push to be be the your best, because when your not your family dies. As dangerous and risky it was, I would happily go back, I am good at what I do, it has a purpose.
