MOTS-c, GHK-Cu, glutathione and NAD+ are all marketed as powerful “repair, anti-aging and mitochondrial optimisation” compounds, but the strength of the claims generally runs ahead of the human evidence. Glutathione and NAD+ are genuinely essential molecules with well-established biological roles, but supplementation has not consistently produced major clinical benefits in healthy people. GHK-Cu has plausible regenerative and collagen-related biology, with better support for topical use than injections, while MOTS-c is the most experimental, with promising animal/mechanistic data but very limited human efficacy and safety evidence.

Valerie - Please help me out. Wherever I inject, I break out in an itchy welt the next day. It goes away after 4-5 days. I inject with a prefilled pen. I take it out of the fridge for 15-30 minutes before the time. Can I rub some anti-itch ointment on them? Can I take an antihistamine pill?
