In 2016 I had the best year of my life. Followed by the worst in 2017. I did a lot of being angry and drinking and processing. In 2020, I went back to school. The years that followed have catapulted me forward, but have been some of the most emotionally trying and draining years of my life. I’m so ready to come out the other side. 2020 was the true beginning of my journey.

July 2020 is when I started to turn a corner and realized no one was coming to save me - I had to save myself. I spent almost 30 years relationship hopping with no real breaks in between - looking for balance, validation, love. I finally let all that go and have spent the past 5 years alone to heal. My early childhood was abusive. I'm sure I was highly imaginative. Lots of betrayals as an adult, yes. I've moved around a lot. Something is different now.
