My friend ate mango skin and ended up in the hospital in excruciating intestinal pain. They had to induce vomiting and she vomited up a heap of mango skin and was better immediately. The doctor said she is very silly for eating the skin and that just because somebody else doesn’t doesn’t mean you have to do it.. so apparently you have to train your stomach for things like mango skin otherwise don’t be surprised if you end up in hospital.
