Wether gather or drape. What I learnt here is , she is trying to show us an easy way to form this particular style of draping if you don't want to go through the regular slash and spread method etc. Nothing wrong with calling a drape a drape wether gathered or form. the style still comes out draped

Draping is when you lay the fabric on the bias and then shape it on the form with tack stitch. Then you create a pattern from that. Rushing and or gathering fabric is something different
