Son of man is in book of Daniel too that’s where Christians get it from. I heard Enoch was Noah’s grandfather but the book of Enoch was written after Noah. So Enoch don’t wrote it they didn’t know who was it wasn’t considered scripture. It was never removed from the Bible. The Bible was canonised in 325 AD things were considered scripture things weren’t considered scripture the Pic of Enoch even before Jesus was used in a synagogue but never considered scripture. In the new Testament even James references it it was used in Jewish tradition but not considered divine scripture.
