Sunburn one is more of a myth than anything. A guy i deployed with got so burnt, he still has the tan lines 13 years later. No judicial punishment. I've NEVER, in 17 years, seem anyone use an umbrella except upper/ highest of echelons

I absolutely hate when people put this bullshit about gas mask and facial hair that does not matter you can argue with me if you want but here's the best example of why it doesn't matter. gentleman with a full beard and mustache can still wear a full face sleep apnea mask and have no seal breakage which means again facial hair doesn't matter
