The real skill here is feeding it well — your rules, your examples, the right context — because an AI is only as smart as what you put in front of it. STAGE 2 — automation. Wire your everyday apps into one hub so the work moves on its own, then drop that AI into the middle so it can make judgment calls, not just follow rigid rules. STAGE 3 — agents. Stop giving it steps, give it a goal. It works in a loop — step, check, decide, repeat — with tools to act, until the job's done. STAGE 4 — AI employees. Hand an agent a real job to own: its own tools, its own memory, a brake so the risky calls wait for your yes. Map every case so it holds up, then copy the pattern into a whole command center running your operation. Look at the map: not one stage is "learn a specific app." Every stage is a fundamental — so the next shiny tool is just a fresh coat of paint on something you already know cold.
