Hoodies and sweaters provide psychological comfort, at least for me; some people wear hoodies because of body insecurities as well. I feel weird when my arms are exposed, but I am also a bit insecure that I am not super ripped—which could and will be easily fixed with the gym—but another insecurity may be developed, and so forth. It’s also just nice to have them when it’s cold indoors wherever you go. The more you wear them, the more your body gets accustomed to wearing them in the “heat.”
