MSC is matching our current Carnival status and we're thinking about switching, if this video is accurate then that can be a game changer to seek another cruise line. I hope MSC will fix this.

I have been on other cruises and buffet breakfast is always an issue as people go at the same time, doesn't matter if there is more or less space.

This is literally the scene on every cruise I’ve been on, and I have been on several cruises throughout several cruiselines. This is not specific to MSC. In fact, ANY mealtime is absolute chaos in a buffet. I don’t understand the hate given to MSC specifically for this. Just enjoy your cruise 😁 There’s thousands of people on board, what do you expect?
