Saathoff’s opinion seems heavily reliant on Patrick’s account of Lindsay’s behaviour. An expert opinion is only as strong as the information it’s built on, and if that underlying account is disputed, surely the conclusions have to be questioned too.

This witness said that Lindsay didn’t tell him how she took the meds. He said that during his interview with Patrick, Patrick told him that Lindsay crushed the pills in the tumblr on the dresser. How did Patrick know there were crushed pills when he said he did not walk into the bedroom, he stood by the door!

I’m confused. Lindsey says she was holding the baby while trying to make dinner. Patrick says the baby was eating nuggets. The CVS bag was UNDER the kids plates… so was 3V dinner for the kids also? If so, why is she “making dinner” and Patrick “saw him eating nuggets” if he was picking up dinner within the next 20-ish mins?
