Don't take more than 1 tablet in 24 hours. It is not known if it is safe to take more than 18 doses of Nurtec ODT in 30 days. ZAVZPRET (zavegepant) is a prescription nasal spray for the acute treatment of migraine in adults with or without aura. It is not used to prevent migraine attacks. Do not use more than 1 spray (10 mg) of ZAVZPRET nasal spray in a 24-hour period. It is not known if it is safe to use more than 8 sprays (doses) of ZAVZPRET in 30 days. Allergic reactions, including trouble breathing and rash, can occur even days after using Nurtec ODT. Allergic reactions, including trouble breathing, hives and swelling of the face can occur after you use ZAVZPRET. Call your HCP or get emergency help if you have swelling of the face, mouth, tongue, or throat, trouble breathing, or rash after using Nurtec ODT. High blood pressure and a circulation problem called Raynaud’s phenomenon can worsen or occur after taking Nurtec ODT or ZAVZPRET. The most common side effects of Nurtec ODT were nausea (2.7%) and indigestion/stomach pain (2.4%). The most common side effects of ZAVZPRET include unusual taste, nausea, nasal discomfort, and vomiting. Nurtec ODT and ZAVZPRET were not studied in combination with each other.
