In our legal system, she's innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. The trial isn't over yet. Their investigation makes no sense.Their theory of what happened that makes no sense.
She had 2 full days alone with the kids the day before the m*rder and did nothing.
She sends him to a cvs 3 minutes away and a restaurant 10 minutes away AFTER calling both places to order ahead of time so the pickup can be faster.
With a 57 heart rate. I don't believe she could have
1. brought 3 kids to the basement, strangled them (which testimony said would have taken about 20 minutes alone),
2. gone upstairs, crushed up Seroquel and five different benzodiazepines, which many say a half dose would put someone to sleep
3. gone to the bedroom, took off her Apple watch, cut her wrists and throat, took off gloves or cleaned off the knife,
4. moved furniture over her blood stains, opened the curtains without getting blood on them, jumped out of the window. Oh, she also locked the door and got blood on the inside door handle (why would she touch that?)
5. and had her temperature drop to 82 degrees in that same hour.
6. Then when her husband arrives, he claims she confessed to him. That's a statement many doubt could have medically happened.
A. Severe hypothermia leads to unconsciousness and an inability to speak
B. She cut her throat and had a swollen thyroid.
C. She was found with brain fluid leaking from her nose.
D. She was drugged and had 4 other meds + 1 known to incapacitate many adults in her system
E. She had a C1 fracture and two pneumothorax requiring chest tubes
So that's 8 medical reasons that make it appear that his claim that she said anything might be false (fabricated).
