as someone who has also gotten dress coded on a delta flight for wearing an align tank, i emailed customer service after and they sent me $300 as an apology. i had that email drafted before i even touched down.

Airlines used to be luxury and that’s why people used to wear their finest clothes on planes. It might be stemming from that? But it’s definitely not luxury now treating us like sardines.

I can find 0 rules for passengers for outfit requirements on their website. 👀 I’d be asking for a handbook. If they aren’t stating it clear anywhere on their website, in person, or when you buy the ticket, I don’t think it should be enforced.
