I’m still not understanding. Patrick left the house on his own accord. Lyndsey TEXTED him to get takeout then TEXTED him again to stop at CVS to get Cora her medication and when he got to CVS he called her, she did not answer, but called back a minute later when he walks into CVS he has boots on when he walks into 3V he has tennis shoes on when he tells investigators he got home and took his boots off where was he during all these shoe changes and apparently he ran outside barefoot to interrogate Lyndsey not worrying if she was okay not even looking at her condition he did not call 911 after finding her he waited until he found the kids? he also said the kids were face down but when emergency services arrived they were face up. None of HIS RECOLLECTIONS add up either. This guy didn’t even cry at his children’s services, he didn’t cry on the stand, he went skiing when Lyndsay was severely ill. The Who what when there cannot add up when at 5:24 he’s sending an email from his work computer to his staff!!!! WTH is this!!! Probably one of the most difficult cases to try because of all the inconsistencies with every single person involved so there is a ton of reasonable doubt here.

Patrick’s own testimony was inconsistent. Said blood sprayed everywhere like out of a hose, police said only a little bit of blood. Patrick said he was giving CPR until EMS arrived, EMS said he was sitting on the couch. Patrick said he parked my her car and then said he called her because he didn’t see her car. So which is it? I mean if we’re saying Lindsay’s accounts were inconsistent and those have to be considered than so does Patrick’s.

a voice commanded over and over in the same tone for her to do these things and once they were done it stopped...almost as tho it was a recording...played for a mentally ill woman...who had warned her husband she feared harming his children? interesting.
