Make sure you focus on your hydration (I loved body armours) and upping your fat content (beef/ eggs milk etc) it helped me so much!

I never used a wall pump and had an oversupply with my baby, don’t listen to the comments. Do what you’re comfortable with, pumping is hard enough already!!

This absolutely just made me so happy. I was lucky to produce 6 ounces a day for my girl and gave up about 4 months PP for my mental health. I’m pregnant again and due in February, I’ve been going back and forth on even trying with this baby but you just talked me into it! Thank you for sharing!
