The defense pushed back hard, questioning his experience with postpartum psychosis, the timing of his evaluation, and even the amount he has been paid for his work on the case. Then prosecutors called a NEW witness: forensic psychiatrist Dr. Gregory Saathoff, their final rebuttal witness. Saathoff began challenging Lindsay’s account of the alleged command voice she says told her to kill her children, including inconsistencies surrounding when she says the voice began. His testimony is expected to continue before the case moves toward closing arguments and eventually jury deliberations.
