And also it was Patrick that said she crushed the pills, the doctor at first says lindsay admitted it but then he contradicts himself and says Patrick said that and she said she drunk the lemonade but had not said she had crushed the pills and the doctor had learned that from Patrick.

Bingo!!!! Her “confession” should not even be accepted. The timelines don’t add up, testimonies conflict for PC and Prosecutors experts. Her providers 🤬 don’t even get me started. The scene was handled so sloppily, it’s odd that it seems that there hasn’t really been an investigation (that I’ve seen) or actual evidence that she did it. Set aside the “confession”…. What hard evidence is there? Her dna isn’t on the bands, but Patrick’s is and an unknown contributor. So many unknowns and things going unanswered!

This is one of the most prestigious lawyers in the country who has been preparing for this case for years now.
