its true or not, it doesnt matter. nothing bad collecting left over food, as long as they are not stealing something for thier hunger. Not everyone can afford the daily needs. It might not clean food but this habbit is not comes from bad intention to others.

I can confirm it 😂 my Filipino neighbour saw me throwing leftovers in garbage. In the night my camera ringed and i saw the Filipino neighbour got the food out of organic can and take it home for meals i guess. He’s been doing this everyday 😂🤣 whole neighbourhood knows.
