ill tell you now shes not gone, she may not be physically here but shes not gone. from the moment she held you as baby part of her soul imprinted on yours, so she lives on in you not only that her morals, principles and traits also live in in you. sometimes life will be hard, when it is sit still and you'll see, smell, hear something that reminds you of her. thats her guiding and telling you what you're thinking or saying is the right thing for you. every important life event she'll see, you just wont see her. shes never gone xxxxx

My mam is battling stage 4 lung cancer at the moment, I pray that a cure comes along but unfortunately time is not on our side. Life is so cruel sometimes 😢😢😢

Add Christmas, the date they died, new experiences or milestones 😢💔 with you girl, it’s tough and I lost her when I was 13 and I’m 40 now. Time does make it a less intense consistent pain, sending love to you x

I lost my dad very quickly to cancer 5 years ago and genuinely never thought I’d feel like myself again, or even be excited for the future. Now I have a little 13 month old daughter and somehow I feel Dad right beside me through it all, Keep going 🤍 The world can still be such a beautiful place. Missing someone this much only shows just how special they were and how lucky we were to have them

A song really messes you up. I finished my military training for Christmas, drove home snow patrol chasing cars came on, I was buzzing to be home. next day lost my dad, got in car and same song came on. From one of the happiest times of my life to that. 20 years this Christmas. That song catches me off guard so much
