Once I had a great job interview, I was practically offered the job by the hiring manager, she added me on LinkedIn, replied to my thank you note and then went silent. I followed up a couple of times and nothing. Never ever heard back. Completely ghosted. I insist, keep interviewing. You can only count on that job after you get your first paycheck.

What if don’t have an email address for the people I’m interviewing with? The recruiter has been setting up all the meetings/invites and I can’t see the contact info for the others.

How do you feel about mailing a handwritten note as a thank you. Email is too easy and the hiring managers are inundated with tons of emails, but the handwritten letter stands out.

If it's through a recruiter, there's no way to send a thank you email because they want you to communicate with the recruiters..

It's so hard when you have 2 offers, you accept the first and the 2nd one is higher salary but a new company. Unfortunately, you emotionally overthink and decide on the company with longevity, more welcoming, and onboarding processes more structured to then rescind the higher pay with now regrets! My new boss is actually passive aggressive and I feel uncomfortable when she "spins out of control" on my coworkers in front of me😭😱........
