It's easier if you put Nourish (with Mesa Waltz) or Brightbonnet (stationary). This way you can put Arcane Hot Shot on Mesa and in Regulator you can use Enervate with Arcane Velocity (on Mesa) or Encumber with Arcane Impetus (on Mesa), this all with your regulador with viral and heat. No energy problem and much more damage.
