Tip for lil bro! Make sure it’s the lithium version for the 36v setup, if it’s the 52.xx volt set up he needs to look into changing the coils/resistors. Otherwise he will be revisiting this problem in 365 days

On a lithium battery if it has been dead for too long, the BMS will put the battery into a sleep mode and you either have to jump the battery directly by taking the lid off or the battery is completely dead. Throw it on a trickle charger if you have one overnight and see if it will bring it up if not more than likely, the battery is dead dead
