@178anatomy: 🔥 GROIN PINCH WHEN YOU SIT? “TIGHT HIP FLEXORS” MAY NOT TELL THE WHOLE STORY. The front of the hip contains several structures packed into a small area, including the iliopsoas tendon, joint capsule, femoral head, and acetabulum. During prolonged or deeper hip flexion, the mechanical demand on these tissues can change. For some people, the soft tissues may be more sensitive. For others, deeper joint mechanics may contribute more. That is why repeatedly stretching the same painful area is not always the best clue to what is actually happening. #GroinPain #HipPain #HipBiomechanics #PhysicalTherapy
