@jakeheyen: This might be the most dangerously addictive running app I’ve ever seen. So it’s called INTVL, and the idea is pretty simple. You go for a run and the streets you cover become your territory on a real-world map. When you close a full loop, everything inside the loop is yours. But your territory is not safe. If somebody goes on a run through your territory, it becomes theirs. So you have head to head battles going on with people around you. On top of that: - Local and global leaderboards - Private games with friends - Competitions with real prizes And cycling has it’s own separate game. Same exact concept, but a different map so cyclist and runners aren’t competing. This app is a simple idea. But it makes running feel less like tracking a workout and more like playing a game.
