Dolly was pure Vesuvius eruption in rhinestones, and Kenny was that mountain that refused to move. She would be up there - wiggling, giggling, throwing those naughty double-meaning jokes that only Dolly can get away with, singing like a little bird on fire - and Kenny just stands there, that big silver beard, towering like a pastor at the pulpit, trying to keep a straight face but his eyes are betraying him.
