This witness said on stand literally said and these are his words I can’t make this up… “When she regained consciousness that night in the hospital one of the things she said is that she wasn’t able to remember what happened. And she was informed of it.” Followed by stating that human memory is funny because when you try to remember something that happened things can interfere like what you read, what your told and things like that.

Remember these LC supporters saying KR was gonna drop a bombshell? How mad do you think they are that the Prosecution were actually the ones equipped with a bombshell in their 11th hour confirming LC should be held criminally liable? His testimony is essentially everything that I’ve been picking up on since day five except for the news that her recount to him were the third time that she changed up her story. I knew since day 5 that this wasn’t psychosis and had more of an altruistic feel when it came to her motive. That she had her mind set on taking her own life and decided that her children wouldn’t be better off without her so she decided to take them with her. Words matter, word, choice matters, and word placement matters. The word she claims to have heard along with the word she chose to use when addressing her kids during the act pretty much seals the deal. I unfortunately have firsthand experience on the receiving end of psychosis and major depressive violence. Since the very beginning, this has struck me as a depressive violence act in the guise of altruism. I just pray for those babies, and hope the family and Patrick find peace. There truly is no winner here, it’s about serving the appropriate justice that those babies deserve.
