They are in a national park where the bears have been habituated to humans through decades of careful management and guidance. They are still wild animals, but the bears in this specific area are accustomed to human presence and generally do not view people as a threat or a source of food. That doesn’t mean they’re domesticated or that this behavior is safe elsewhere. Please don’t take what you see here as an example of how to approach or interact with wild bears in other places.🐻
