Here's a participation status: Signed agreement: Mary Greeley Medical Center (Ames, Iowa):signed with KONZA in April 2026, later said it was reevaluating participation. Pushing back/Refusing: Mass General Brigham (Boston), Harborview Medical Center (Seattle). Approached but not signed/still evaluating: Henry Ford Health (Detroit), Sanford Health (South Dakota), St. Luke’s (Boise, Idaho). Approached, not publicly disclosed yet: Mayo Clinic, Yale New Haven Hospital, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Cleveland Clinic, Baylor Scott & White Health

Why does the entire record need to be scanned? There's a better way to do this. You can run data reports in your EMR without sending a bunch of PHI. Source: I am in medical records lol
