Lust isn’t a bad thing until it becomes desperation. Lust doesn’t always mean it has to be towards a person. You can have lust for life, lust for your goals, lust for yourself. The reason why you feel so drained after lusting over people is because you’re basically giving desperate energy, you’re in lack. You constantly seek something outside of you and give the control to the outside world. Once you redirect that lust towards your goals, your self improvement, your creativity, it’s actually a great thing. There are so many people desperate for passion, drive, lust for their goals but they feel empty inside. You should feel grateful if you have intense lust for people because then you can use it correctly

really gave me something with this. this is one of my biggest struggles and I wanna overcome it soooo bad. misalignment seems to have me in a deep cycle of low vibrations. When I went to uni at 19 I was convinced that to be a "real man" you need to have sex with as many women as possible, so having just gotten into the best shape of my life I did just that, and it didn't take long for me to become so extremely numb that I could no longer feel joy. To anyone reading this, male or female, do yourself a favour and don't give just anyone access to your body, no matter how good they look.
