@kingnimaga11: Somebody took a can of spray paint to the boulders in Golden Ears Provincial Park. Not a wall. Not a bridge. Rock, in a protected park. BC Parks says it is "not appropriate" and that it will have to be removed. That is the response. Not appropriate. Getting paint off natural rock is not a wipe with a cloth. It takes solvents or pressure blasting, it scars the stone underneath, and it gets done by a parks crew you pay for while the trails they should be working on sit and wait. There are penalties on the books for defacing a provincial park. Ask how many ever get handed out. That park was there long before any of us and it is supposed to be there long after. That used to be enough of a rule that nobody had to write it down.
