This exactly why I don’t think it’s so bad to have the kids while you still broke. At least they will grow up knowing the struggle a little bit and can evolve with you. Imagine being somebody who grew up with a poor identity trying to raise kids who’ve been rich all they life 😭 I’d be annoyed asf too prolly

"Wasting time" might be one of the strangest accusations we've ever invented. Apparently you can waste 2:00 pm by sitting under a tree doing nothing. The afternoon was going to pass either way. The Earth was going to rotate either way. But because you didn't convert those hours into money, errands or improvement, you decided the time itself was wasted. As if simply being alive isn't enough to justify an afternoon.

Think of it like it’s a relay race: parents working hard to overcome obstacles, shorten distances, etc., to give their children a head start, then passing them the baton, hoping they’ll use that advantage to keep moving forward. Would you not be annoyed if your teammate just sat or simply walked to the finish line, after you busted your butt to get that baton to them so they could reach the finish line first, faster, easier than the rest of the competitors? Idk you don’t have to agree with me, but I’d be pretty annoyed and dumbfounded by that. 🤷🏻♀️
