Milan :
Your logic makes absolutely no sense😹 It’s impossible to put 100% effort into every single exercise you do. If you go 100% of first exercises you’ll be fatigued by the end, if you go 100% on last exercises you’ll have to go light and save energy at the start😭😭

👾 :
by that logic fullbody is the worst split ever because of how many sets u do per muscle

There is literally no way to not be tired by the end of your workout, if you’re doing a fb day and training NEARLY as hard as you should be. In no world will your last sets be as maximal stimulus as your first

no, you cannot escape fatigue at the end of your session no matter what ur split is, thats why its advised to cross ur lifts (like instead of doing chesy than triceps on push day u do 1ex chest then 1 ex tri then do the rest the same way that way u can atleast make sure u did w sets of tri with being tired) only way i can leave the gym without being tired is if ire doing 1 muscle group per session (like only chest day ) and that is not good cuz it wont allow u to hit it x2-x3 a week therefore this video is absolute nonsense.
