Don’t ask how but I saw it early, the extra 4 minutes is when Tony takes the stones from Thanos. Before he snaps he says “I am sex-man” then he kisses Thanos on the mouth for 3 minutes with the final minute of extra footage being sensual direct eye contact. Honestly love the change.
