When we aren’t in the room, we either block off the lamp or put it away entirely so there isn’t that danger. We love these little monsters and do our best to keep them safe. Thank you for your concern, as we have learned that not everyone knows how bad salt toxicity can be and how easily it can happen. We are careful.
